-170mm (6.7") 7.6mm nail, damn that was hard...

-Isos with a RED I had kinked to 45° ages ago, didn't move it

-6 7" 7.6mm nails all prekinked, some to 45° some to more than 90°, had used these for isos a few weeks ago

Chining was a bit off, but my bending-strength is coming back, really pleased with that.

-passed my 30# Baraban blob from hand to hand, and deadlifted it a few times

-deadliftet wooden bolb clone loaded to 30#, 2 times lefty and 3 times righty. Ans passed it from hand to hand.

Called it a day after the sumos.

I barely slept, and felt weak the whole day...

...but I guess that I'm not overtrained and just had a bad day. Heck I felt very strong yesterday.

Strict pressing will be ditched for axle push pressing from tomorrow on.

Sweating is anyoing, but having sweaty hands just sucks.

I tore some skin off my left ringfinger and had to tape it to continue.

Had a conversation yesterday with a guy who thinks Steve Justa is a stupid redneck.

Of course he didn't bother to read Steve’s book. Others think Justa's ideas about training are somewhat radical.

Guess what, they're not.

Weightlifters have been training like this for decades. They're just better conditioned and more gifted so they can handle higher percentages.

I used to train with an upcoming weightlifter who would train six days a week twice a day, even when he was not ON.

Bottom line Steve may be a retarded Redneck but he knows strength and prejudices won't ever help you.

Did you have a go at 1/4 FBBC sq? I think if you can do 7.6mm*6.5" then you can take down the FBBC sq.
