Bearcat 74
I'd say that takes the cake. That many reps is amazing to me.....
willardjamessloan
curious as to know what is the most reps performed on the #3 in one set. I have heard that Magnus S. can hit about 15 reps bearcat 74, as to my question concerning the #3 . When I was hitting the #1 for 20-25 reps I could close the #2 for 1 rep. So when Joe Kinney closed the # 4 he must have closed the #3 for 20- 25 reps . Thanks for your help
Bearcat 74
I don't know, everyone is different. I don't know if I could do 40 reps with my #2, but I can do a rep or two with a #3. Of course, my rep is only about 1 - 1.5" of closure, anymore and I loose my set and I get all outta whack. I think to close a big gripper like a #4, you have to geared to almost a powerlifter type workout. There is aerobic strength, rep strength, then there is limit strength, max single. IMHO, limit strength will help much more in this type of situation, but this is my opinion, and you know what they are always compared to.......
