Lazi Posted January 9, 2009 Share Posted January 9, 2009 I like to train partials too , but I alternate with full range as well , the muscles were designed for fullrange and imbalance/injury can occur if trained only with partials. One of the most important methods to build lock power for me is negatives.Good luck with your training men , and remember always listen to your body , each of us is different , one thing that does wonders for one may be useless to another.
