climber511
I'm finally getting some chalk to stick to my Americanised copy of Davids pinch set up. I managed to get 175# so far but as it seasons; I'm hopeing to get back up to the weights I used on my 2-45# plate setup. I like the different widths available but still haven't decided which width I am best with - August is approaching fast and David is just getting farther and farther ahead - looks like I better work harder. FrankyBoy
Good workout David. I worked a bit with the euro setup the last days and I decided to go for the 100K on my setup if Chris and David don't mind. During my very first session I got 77kg on the euro setup. I think 80k or a bit more are possible but I'm far away from the 90 I assumed.

climber511
Frankie - I think we are in trouble plenty, my friend. David's just not human - that's my excuse anyway. I try pinch again in a couple hours - I hope for progress or any kind. I'll let you know what happens.
climber511
Thanks to David for some tips - I had a great night of grip tonight! My Americanized copy of Davids Euro pinch setup - used 2" width tonight. I am counting the weight of the setup as 50# but that's a bathroom scale weight.
