I ordered heavy grippers a week ago (first grippers ever) no grip training prior, just weightlifting-powerlifting goal: close 300 and inverted close 250 no set (I feel stronger with no set) grips closed out of package: closed 200 out of package, and inverted overcrushed 200 closed 250 out of package came a pencil thickness away from closing 300 out of package resting for the next 3 days and going to attempt to close the 300 once again. I think I could have done the 300 today if I hadn't forgot it at my house (was at a friends house) I'm going to try to close the 300 thusday my next workout I also closed the HG100 5x's in a row with only my pinky and my ring finger touching everytime I also closed the HG150 with my pinky and ring finger I can also do both of those with only my pointer and middle finger as well with both the 150 and 100 HG's Edited June 28, 2005 by heavylifterx@yahoo.com Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
