Ari Posted May 31, 2005 Share Posted May 31, 2005 I just got my formulator a couple of weeks ago. In doing my grip and wrist work, how many reps are recommended per set? Thusfar I have been sticking to 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps. This has worked well for me on presses, pullups, and other exercises. I'm not yet that strong, but my goals are to tear phone books and decks of cards. Should I stick to that for grip too, or should I do something different?
