Beginner Requests Workout Routine Help

All I have is the #1 IronMind Gripper, the plate loader helper, and the IronMind Book. Other reasonable purchases aren't out of the question, but this is all I have for now.

My goal is to create a workout routine that I will be able to do a few times a week. The only problem is, 6 days a week I am working out in the mornings with HST.

I would like my grip training to work crush, support, and pinch, so I realize some purchases HAVE to be made. Or, maybe I should just focus on the Crush part for now?

Does anyone have any exercises suggested? Any links, I couldn't find any, to programs on here similar to what I am looking for?

Any help will be appreciated. Glad to be onboard here, as this forum looks quite promising! :D
