kerbjr
I use a 1 1/2 washer for a choker (thanks to John OBrien, who got the idea from Clay Edgin) Works great on a #2, and on a #3 U just take a file to it to make a recess for the bigger spring....I have only been training grippers for about 6 weeks but have see huge improvement in the 3 weeks using a choker...Brett

Clay Edgin
Looks like this: http://www.castledarkmoor.com/strongman/HG/choker.jpg Works like this: http://www.castledarkmoor.com/strongman/HG...erongripper.jpg http://www.castledarkmoor.com/strongman/HG/closedchoker.jpg I like to take a gripper I can't close with a set and squeeze it in the choker. neilkaz
Nice pics, Clay, and it sure looks easy to use a big washer and make your own. .. neilkaz ..
