Roark Posted January 27, 2005 Share Posted January 27, 2005 I was looking for a different way to hit my forearm extensors, so I sat on the lat machine, reached up to grab the bar palms forward, kept my elbows in position as much as I could and curled the bar to behind my head. Same position as the French press, but for forearms/ biceps instead of triceps. Even a light weight feels heavy- and DO NOY bend your wrists.
