Overhead Reverse Curls

I was looking for a different way to hit my forearm extensors, so I sat on the lat machine, reached up to grab the bar palms forward, kept my elbows in position as much as I could and curled the bar to behind my head. Same position as the French press, but for forearms/ biceps instead of triceps.

Even a light weight feels heavy- and DO NOY bend your wrists.

If you try it, let me know what you think- also be warmed up before doing this.

Will try it, but sounds awkward. I like doing them palms backward, but more in front of me. Like a cable bicepcurl.

It is ackward for sure. But that just means paying more attention to coorect performance.
