Lance Peterson's Journal V2

Well I am going to get started up again after a 4 week layoff with the same PCL as before. It seems to have healed up more quickly this time so I think I am ready. Here is the training schedule. Over the next 8 weeks I am going to really try to push my lower body strength. I have lost alot of ground in 2004 with my lower body and core strength. Plus I am tipping the scales at around 370 now after the holidays so 20-30lbs of lard needs to be melted off by June.

Day 1: Squat / Axle Deadlift REPS / Lower Back Stuff / Abs /

Day 2: FW / Benching / Chest Stuff /

Day 3: Rest - Grip Work

Day 4: Full Log Lift / O-Lifting/ Upper Back Stuff / Abs /

Day 5: Arm over Arm / Presses / Shoulder Stuff

Day 6: Rest - Grip Work

Day 7: Deadlift / Tire / Drag / Lower Back Stuff / Abs

Day 8: Stones / Tri / Bi

Day 9: Rest - Grip Work

This time I am hoping to do a Pro-am contest in June. I am going to really watch things closely so I do not get frick'n hurt again. The 1st time it was softball, last time it was being tough guy and trying to carry 3 loads of steel tubing a once. Not again!
