I'd been off the grippers for three months due to injury. So get this - I decide I'm gonna go for the #4 (old skool rules - no WAY I could do it with the new ones) and hit it up full term. #4 negative - RH holy freakin whoa I used to do these by gripping and then leaning the whole shebang against my leg, and getting to within an inch (eventually) by leaning my entire body on it. I was able to do it by setting it and gripping, with my left hand touching the right fingers for moral support and once it got to around an inch, doing a slight assist to handles touching. I have NEVER had a sweep this strong. #2 overcrush #4 negative, as above #3 overcrush #4 but not as successful #3 overcrush Thumb work with Pony clamp.
