Okay, hope this works, it's a pic of my weight setup when I was in al-Kut, Iraq.

EDIT: Okay, I'm a dumbass. How do you upload a pic from your hard drive here? :cry

Okay, the lifting pics are uploaded in my gallery.

The small weights were about 45 lbs, give or take. The big ones felt like 90-100 lbs. The bar was probably only 25 lbs or so, just hollow pipe, almost 2" in diameter.

The clean and press was vicious. No collars on THAT bar. Had to be a litte...careful. :blink

I'm trying to get back to the strength level I was at in the desert. At actual gyms I was squatting 300 (for singles, I'm not THAT strong...) and pressing 135 (military, not bench).

Deployment is a good way to get stronger, over 9 months in afghanistan my squat went up 60 lbs, deadlift 90, and bench 40, while losing 15 lbs of bodyweight (though i looked to thinned out), in the 9 months since we came back my squat went another 30 lbs, no progress on the dead and 10 lbs on the bench while gaining 20 lbs of weight. I have another one left in me before I ets.
