Used some Gold Bond Lotion post workout for dry hands. Warmup 5xGuide 5x Trainer 1x HG200 SON 1x Trainer OC 1x HG200 SON 1x Trainer OC 1x HG200 SON 1x Trainer OC Dynamic Thumb 5x1 Per advice from Pdoire and neilkaz i switched my negatives to the HG 200 and felt and tremounds difference. As this progresses don't post every rep and set of KTA....just observations, progress, the fact that you did certain exercise but not the exact quantities.
