deaner Posted December 10, 2004 Share Posted December 10, 2004 Hey I just put together a 2 3/8ths inch wrist roller made from pvc over a doorway mounted chinup bar, set at about 6'. Tried it out the other day and worked up to 50#'s, could maybe go 60. I like the challenges so I thought I might start one of my own. Anyone out there up for a challenge? I will post my friday wrist roller workout that I will do at the end of my regular workout on here, if anyone wants to maybe race to 100 or something, full up and down both directions.
