I really like the format these gusy are going to use for the show. I will be bringing several things along for people to try and lift after the show: - Inch dumbell - 50 pound York Blobs - 110 Block Weight - 115 Block Weight - Various Grippers of different strength levels, which may be used in the contest I of course could bring more if there is interest. if The TPS guys still have their Inch, I want to try a Double Inch Farmer Walk, yet again. Again, can't wait to go. Brad and I will be rolling in Friday night, raring to start the showdown. Can't wait for Grip Assault.
