bsolympic Posted December 6, 2004 Author Share Posted December 6, 2004 Im getting a #3 to start workign on, hopefully will b able to certify by mid year. 12/4/06 Double overhand 2" bar holds=took it at mid thigh outta a rack 170x45 seconds 280x45 seconds 330x38 seconds 350x34 seconds 370x29 seconds 12" shot hold-I made my own version of hte bomb from and old shot I had 24lbsx30 seconds 34 poundsx30 seconds 44pounds x 18 seconds 54 pounds x11 seconds will work some more stuff on tuesday.
