My goal for the next two weeks(until nov 14) is 150+, and my goal after that is 200, no time limit, and eventually 225-250+, no time limit. Unless elsewise noted, reps are performed over my knees with an olympic bar, full range of motion but no uncurling of the fingers. I'm not going to record entire workouts, only the PR sets. Took a couple weeks off and came back to a 10 lb PR or 135x1 2 days ago Tonight: 135x4 (3 rep PR at 135) 140 x 3 (5 pound PR) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
