Wrist Curl Prs

I'm going to record PRs(both weight and reps) in the wrist curl. My goal for the next two weeks(until nov 14) is 150+, and my goal after that is 200, no time limit, and eventually 225-250+, no time limit.

Unless elsewise noted, reps are performed over my knees with an olympic bar, full range of motion but no uncurling of the fingers.

I'm not going to record entire workouts, only the PR sets.

Took a couple weeks off and came back to a 10 lb PR or 135x1 2 days ago

Tonight:

135x4 (3 rep PR at 135)

140 x 3 (5 pound PR)

Hang in there and keep training. Always keep training! It will come! Never give up! I remember when I was trying to break 150. It was a challange. But I got it. It will come.

150x0 - so close!

1 more week until nov14, hopefully I can get to 155 by then.

shit, I remember being proud of my 80lb wrist curls a long time ago. It's exciting to be so close to 150 now.
