mossman Posted October 24, 2004 Share Posted October 24, 2004 i made levering my pet lift for a while to train for bending....i am now able to lever a 16lb sledge 20'' from the head on a 32'' handle.....i can fully lever a 10lb anytime and a 12lb most times.....
