itch85 Posted October 2, 2004 Share Posted October 2, 2004 Hey now ive got my thickbar ive come up with a weekly training plan id like to know what you guys think about it, if its any good or how you would change it. Im mainly concentrating on crush at the moment. Monday - Pinch Tuesday - Grippers Wednesday - Plate curls, Forearm work Thursday - Grippers Friday - Thickbar Saturday - Grippers Sunday - Rest My grip training on monday, wednesday and friday will come after a training session in the gym.
