the swiss Posted July 13, 2001 Share Posted July 13, 2001 just to give an idea of what my workout looks like now: 1-grippers warm up: 2 sets T*4 2 set #1*4 2 sets #2*1 then 4-5 attemps with #3 for right hand and overcrushing #2 for left hand. #3 is now pretty consistent 2-pinch gripping: 5 holds on the end of a round 20kg dumbell 3-wrist: 5 * lever stick held horizontal (front and rear) 4-pinch : 5 *5' rafter (10' between rafters) chin ups 5-5* clean and press with the 20kg dumbell above (the only one I have) with a 3' handle 6- 5* farmers walk with about 55kg in each hand and more or less 2' thick handles this workout is done once or twice a week, depending on my climbing and my shape Any comments? train hard david Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
