He was worn out from trying strap holds with the #3! last night, and my hands were still a little beat up from monday, so we took it "easy." Farmer's Walk-100 pounds on 2 inch bars. 3 attempts, long as possible. Plate Curl holds- 25 pounds, as long as possible, about 10-15 seconds, x2 -30 pounds, as long as possible.
