DAN PRAYDIS Posted September 23, 2004 Share Posted September 23, 2004 im new to the board and dont know if this is new or not. but over at the power house gym they have plates that have the handles they are not flat so you cant pinch grip them i grabed one curled it overhead and pressed it once then twice and it turned and almost hit me in the head then my boy laughed then it was on i chalked up griped tight and pressed it 12 times it takes a lot of wrist strength to hold it vertical with out it falling over then i did sets find a 45 and give it a try its different and every one in the gym will think your nuts like me have fun a 45 lb handel plate will cost you about 22 dollars good training Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
