Nothing Amazing

After about 4 weeks of fight I finally got 280 on my bench press. I'm trying a new program (to me), its a program outlined by Dr Ken Leisnter. It was featured in MILO and I love it!! My squat is going through the roof and so is my deadlift.

My weight 211

squat 1rm 395

deadlift 1rm 410

bench 280

All lifts raw, no belt no wraps, on the dead I did use a hook grip. I know nothing compared to the monsters on here but for training 6 months on these lifts I'm pleased.

Just wait to see what the next six months bring! When I started lifting again I didn't start to level off until after about 18 months. Keep up the good work and you won't believe the numbers you put up a year from now!

Its a two day a week, though I add a day for misc stuff. adjust your weight accordingly, but I would do a max on the 1x1

Day one:

Squat 1x10,1x5,1x1 warm-up

1x10 work

Bench 1x10, 1x5, 1x1 warm-up

1x10 work

deadlift 1x10, 1x5, 1x1 warm

1x5

Day two:

Squat 1x10,1x5,1x1 warm-up

1x5 work

bench 1x10,1x5,1x1 warm-up

1x5 work

Deadlift 1x10,1x5,1x1 warm-up

1x10 work
