Is it measured from the top of the handle to the inside or outside of the bottom part of the spring? Also, is handle spread measured between inside of handles or outside? That means my BBE and BBSE are mounted very deep, after a quick check the other day - so deep that it made me wonder if I was measuring the wrong way (that's why I asked).
