My Grip Log

Hopefully this log will help me stay more consistent with my workouts and not let laziness creep in. If anybody has any tips on anything Im all ears. Pinch seems to be my weakest link so Ill focus more on it for now. My personal bests are:

Grippers: #2 close (on good days)

Pinch: 4 10’s (standard size from Wal-mart, cant find any smooth sided Oly. plates around here anywhere). Im not too sure on the two hand pinch.

Bending: Blue nail, 60’s, kinked G5.

Only had time for a quick workout.

Warm Up: 3 10's x2 each hand

4 10's x 2 each hand

5 10s x 0 (2 attempts)

two hand pinch (I use a 2x4 and a loading pin for this)

warm up: 50x2

60x1

75x1

80 x 0 (couldnt budge it)

75x0 (it was easy the first time)

60 x 1 overpinch 15 sec.

62.5 x 1 overpinch 15 sec.
