If anybody has any tips on anything Im all ears. Pinch seems to be my weakest link so Ill focus more on it for now. My personal bests are: Grippers: #2 close (on good days) Pinch: 4 10’s (standard size from Wal-mart, cant find any smooth sided Oly. plates around here anywhere). Warm Up: 3 10's x2 each hand 4 10's x 2 each hand 5 10s x 0 (2 attempts) two hand pinch (I use a 2x4 and a loading pin for this) warm up: 50x2 60x1 75x1 80 x 0 (couldnt budge it) 75x0 (it was easy the first time) 60 x 1 overpinch 15 sec. 62.5 x 1 overpinch 15 sec.
