The chain suspended stuff is awesome - forces perfect form. Any of you who complain they cant squat or whatnot with out fancy racks and such get some chain and loading pins and get to work.

Might be a silly question but how does it force perfect form? Nice workout, I need to start doing OH squats.

Well, I guess "forcing perfect form" is a bad way to describe it. Because the weight is hanging by chain, it obviously wants to move around a lot, especially if you dont keep your body very tight. I suppose "forcing" one to use a more managable weight would be a better way to describe it - at least until the body adjusts.

Heres the best I've ever done on the RT - an attempt at 235lbs in plates - was pretty close, wish I would've got it

We'll see, my homemade "Inch" replica should be ready in a day or two. 2 x pieces of 8" long, 7" diameter CRS welded to a 5" or so piece of 2 7/16" crs. Should come out about 181lbs or so. The whole thing cost me $97!

Tonights was a goof off day that sort of turned into a grip workout. Also did three lifts with my new "MG Bell". I wasnt able to lift it lefty today, but I think I'll be able to when my grip isnt fried.

Nice deep OHS! Still loving the MG Bell too! Can you put it overhead? I tried with my baby BFDB to no avail, it went halfway up and came back down hard into my shoulder everytime :erm

Havent tried putting it overhead yet, but I suspect I already know how that would go :D I know what you mean by the db's coming down hard on your shoulders - I usually have a bunch of bruises and red marks from the edges of the plates. I'll get the OHP someday, but just lifting it with both hands is the immediate goal.
