John McCarter
Today is a mix with my health. Not feeling my best but I still feel as if I must do something. Broke out the Hub and Jug for the first time in years. No clue where the lifts will be. Going to include these lifts and see what I can do with them again. With the Hub, I'm no where near the 100lb mark for a good while. Going to take months to get back there. 9/09/2023 Workout Bodyweight @ 267lbs IM Hub: 50x1/51x1/60x1/71x1/81x1/90x1 Jug: 96x1/142x1/187x1 Twist yo wrist: 9x14x14x14 (both ways) Front Lever: 8x10x10x10x10

John McCarter
Playing catch up with the log. Haven't paid much attention to my diet over the last couple of days, and it's showing. Just have to go back to the drawing board and rethink how I'm approaching this aspect of the journey. It's hard and mentally a struggle. I'm not marking it down below, I've walked everyday under or over a mile. 9/13/2023 Bodyweight @ 270lbs Axle Deadlift - 134x5/185x5/218x5/249x5 Axle Rows - 134x10x10 Good Mornings: 25x10x10 9/18/2023 Bodyweight @ 275lbs Squats - BWx10x10x10 Pushups - BWx3x7x5 Flask 1HP - 47x3/67x3/73x3/82x3 V Bar Handle - 117x3/135x3/151x3 Headstrap - 50x26 TTK - 36x12x12x12 9/19/2023 Bodyweight @ 280lbs (the heaviest I've ever been to date) OH Press: 98x6x6x6 (Done on Spud Inc Yoke Straps and cause the weight to swing freely) Gripper: GG1x10/GG2x10/#2x3/152#3x9 Practice Setting: GG1x10 (Left and right)

John McCarter
Going to focus on what needs to be done until I get down to my goal weight. I'm cutting out everything grip wise until my health is back on track (except axle deadlift, I might keep those). Going to keep everything simple moving forward. Had a really bad bout with my sleep apnea last night. Spare the details, it freaked me out and I feel lucky to be writing this. 9/21/2023 workout Bodyweight @ 277lbs Kettlebell Swings: 35x500 (broken up into different sets)

John McCarter
Decided to only do walking yesterday. Added some weight to a backpack and make it more challenging. Also, got in a double d row handle, so I can do heavier swings. 9/23/2023 workout Bodyweight @ 271 1 mile walk with a 16lb backpack
