Did seated overhead press, dips, 2” handle landmine rows, kettlebell towel curls, 2” handle farmers walks. Did less weight more reps, short rest. I hate training like that but he loves it and I need to do it. Will save dl's for weekends in the future when I eat before training. Probably 5 sets of 5-7 reps. My “blocks” are car ramps. Center of bar about 20 inches off the ground. Kind of a weird height for me, about 2 inches below knee, would love it to be just above my kneecap.
