3. Car DL plarform floor press to boost my triceps and lock out at the top 5*5 reps

4. Sledgehammer slams *60 sec 35 slams (Conditioning work)

(Medley #2.5 + Vulcan Level 12+ Aunt Gripper 4-4 + RBA tough spring 4-4 + Vulcan Replica 5-5 + Hammer Vice gripper 9-7) Explosive singles each gripper in a sequence 5 series

Do you find speed work helps you or is it more for active recovery? Nice log!

Speed work is one of the component to be developed to produce maximum power.There is nothing new: Power = Force*Velocity. For active recovery I prefer swimming. To get outmost from DE (speed closes) the loadind should be adequately selected somewhere between 50-65% of your max

1. BP reverse pyramid


1 set - 135 kg*10 reps (Sling shot)
2 set - 122.5 kg*10 reps
3 set - 116 kg*10 reps
4 set - 107.5 kg *10 reps
5 set - 97.5 kg*10 reps
6 set -87.5 kg *10 reps


Evening:

1. Incline  BP:

1 set - 100 kg*10 reps 
2 set - 95 kg*10 reps
3 set - 87.5 kg*10 reps
4 -6 set - 85 kg *10 reps
