Chest day!

Hour of cardio

5 movements 4x12 each

- flat bench press

- flat reverse grip bench press

- BB wide grip incline bench press

- incline DB pullovers

- flat bench DB flyes

Been feeling tired recently, maybe too much again. Maybe, just got a lot of stuff going on.

Back attack day!

5 movements 4x12 each

- EZ curl bar underhand rows

- incline DB underhand rows

- incline DB back flyes

- close grip pull ups

*using country crush, but with straps*

- straight arm pull downs using pulley handles with resistance band

3x20 arm wrestling movements superset

Rotational movement & thumbless rindo curls

1 set as long as possible

2 KB bottoms up clean hold

Hour of cardio

Thought about abs,  but back is touchy from a rainy day at work...

2 days, 1 post!

Thursday!:

Hour of cardio

5 movements 4x12 each

- seated BB BTN overhead press

- seated DB bent over laterials

- standing DB bent over swings

- standing DB side laterials

- seated BB overhead press

Knee ups 4x25

COC trainer 1x50

Friday!:

Decided last minute to go to a MMA seminar with legend Jose Pele Landi at Savage City Strength in Hillsborough NJ!

But, the owner, Shawn Parisi got a 58kg/128 lbs dumbbell with an inch handle... So, tried to 1 arm clean & press the damn thing!

Been training... Lately, last 2 weeks, been more Olympic lifting & MMA...

Tried some highland games training turned into a sad time...

Also, tried some pulls on the flask...

Happy 4th of July! & belated happy Canada day!!!

I haven't been posting much on here for workouts. Just got back into bodybuilding program. Last 2 weeks was half assed Olympic lifting. Thinking about competing after the wedding. Maybe, king kong challenge &/or jiu jitsu. Shall see, hopefully my old bones hold up!

Recently, my weight has been around 280 lbs... Started to think, my new goal is to be around 265 lbs at the wedding...

Last Saturday, July 14th, decided to change my training after having a lukewarm mma session & watching catch wrestling world championship tournament. Saw those guys, thought to myself, I need something different...

So, recently, saw some posts from former elite level powerlifter Chris "Ox" Mason, was 1 power 1 Olympic. Which is main workout 1 powerlifting moment & 1 olympic weightlifting moment. Decided to train my spin on that concept... Not using crazy weight, but want to build up week by week...

1 hour of cardio both days

Monday:

5x10 KB swings

5x3 back squats

5x3 power cleans

3x10 posture chain shrugs/rows

3x didn't count reps walking louges bodyweight

5x1 flask pulls

Tuesday:

3x10 KB goblet squats

3x10 empty barbell overhead squats

3x10 KB side to side transfer

5x3 snatches

5x3 pause flat bench press

3x10 Country Crush bodyweight pull ups 

3x10 posture chain DB rows

3x10 Bulgarian bag spins each direction

5x1 wrist wrench deadlift

Tomorrow, probably, more towards cardio. Maybe, more kettlebell swings & sledgehammer finger walks. Thursday through Saturday, might be 3 mma & grappling sessions. Saturday afternoon, could be strongman training in backyard or going to sourland mountains for stone lifting with friends...

Today was more of an active recovery workout... I guess that's what I think it is... 

30 minutes on exercise bike

10x10 KB swings

5x10 band pull aparts

10 sledgehammer finger walks each hand

1x100 COC trainer parallel set each hand

30 minutes on exercise bike again

Pretty much, done with lifting til Saturday... Who knows what's gonna happen...
