BBrow: 115×5,8,125×7,5 40lb block holds:5s/6s,10s/10s, 20 hand to hand switches without s3tting down. Rev curl: 65lbs×9,5then drop set to555×6,drop to 45 10r ( those 19 where sloppy as hell).
