Powerlifting Log

The way I'm doing it is still with a pretty good level of protein. My macros right now are: P185-200g, C25g, and F105g. Goals are to maintain muscle and cut fat as I'm still at a calorie deficit. I'll run it for awhile and see how it goes. It won't be long term for me as it's not a lifetime sustainable way of eating for me. 

I'll send you a link to the macros calculator and a YouTube vid with Matt Vincent where he's talking about it. This is pretty similar to what I did 3-4 years ago and cut 30# or so that time.

Beer is my main culprit. But luckily I'm not over the class limit, I simply can't gain any more body weight. So I'll be going a "little " keto.

Good reps! I'm down over 5# now too in 2 days of cutting carbs and that's keeping the same calories as before. Probably just water but I'm definitely in the 105 class for the 15th.

Nice work (as I start on my second Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale)! 

But it's baked chicken with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar and broccoli for dinner.

I'm a fan of the one stop shop, what can I say?  Haha.  Not to hijack the log but you've got a hell of a cut going, 7lbs down in a week is NICE!

Thanks, Jason. It's funny; I hit a ceiling on body weight-reps, but now that I've focused on microloading with added weight I'm making progress again.
