Many lift with 2x15 1HP.

Didnt feel very strong today because of all the bending i did during the last week,i think i can really get certified on the ghp 8 if i rest my hands enough;after that i will face the Super Elite.

Decided to change my grip routine:i am gonna do TSG and pinch in the weekend and bending + wrist work on monday;in this way i think my hands will rest enough seen that i am going pretty heavy with grippers.

I do grippers/wrist/bending on thursdays after legpressing/squat and RT and pinch on saturdays after core/calfs etc :) works good

LIght abs and wrist work today.

I bent 2 nj nails 8 reverse and then took a red nail to about 40 degrees.

Did also a LOT of levering work and many reps with the WD.

I am not following a routine any more and this pisses me off,its impossible to make real progress doing some random stuff when you are not too tired;

really hope that with the end of this (bad word filter)ing school i can come back to my basement and really train.

Levering a couple of times a 8 kg axe.

Finally i am back to real training after almost two months of nothing and feels very good ;i am gonna increase weights slowly and try to make a comeback to grippers.

Did some light chest workout today.

Bench press

First time doing bench press in months and felt pretty good my new bar rocks.

Incline dumbell press

Karlsen crucifix 8 kg

The pain in my left palm seems gone hopefully i can start doing some do bending on next week.

Been too busy and lazy to upload this log but seen that i want to start a serious program maybe writing the stuff here will help me;

in last months i have done almost nothing just randomly deadlifting and closing grippers between sets.

Yesterday after no bending in months i bent an Edgin that is not bad but my main goal is still closing my super elite.

To do that i decided to train squat two times a week to improve my recovery.

Its time to make a damn plan and follow it.

Ever tried KTA or thought of doing it?

Im going to peak in RRBT, do 10 weeks of pure RT/wristroller and then I will start KTA. :)

I have heard about the KTA but if i have to be honest i dont like the idea of paying for it and doing all the negatives it requires lol.

For now the best thing i can do is simply get my ass under the bar and do CONSISTENTLY something.

Maybe ill try it in the future, i am also very curious about your progress doing the RRBT i am pretty sure you will be at elite level very soon.

Didnt feel strong today and my left elbow is giving me some problem so probably i should skip bench press this week.

For elbow problems I find that what works best for me is side to side levering with a sledge, supinated/pronated levering. When I rotate my forearm I get a stretch and bloodflow to the elbow connective tissue.

Also massage with tennisballs, golfballs or my fingers around the elbow.

Extensortraining.

Those help keep my elbow pain free!

I sent the video to wade and hopefully i will get certified on the ghp 8,this was a goal of mine for a long time and i am very proud of it.

Anyhow i will post the video here on the board both i get certified or not.
