545 Drag x 60ft - better than last week

-it was my legs not my cardio that made me stop, I am working extra on my drags to keep this improving

 

Sandbag Carry

-felt like I was going to loose control of all bodily functions if I went any further... totally serious!  I've never had that happen during a workout before lol

-The way the carry failed was much different today, I could breathe fine and the cardio was there to keep going a bit longer... and was able to lap it and take a few steps then rest before trying a few steps again.  Instead my glutes (mostly) and hamstrings fatigued totally, and I just could not stand up and get moving.

-This is huge for me, not because it's super heavy but because it shows my conditioning has made a nice jump with some small changes on this event over a short period of time.  I'm hoping to be good for 225 x 12 or 13 in the 60 seconds allowed if I have to to win the event.
