Agreed. 8 weeks is a pretty strong run. A deload will do a mind job on you.. stick it out and keep your calories up for the week and when you get back into full swing you will feel very very good.. Good luck and try to enjoy the week off.

Mike has never really deloaded ever. He feels better after 12 1/2 hours of thinking about deloading and so he hits a max log with bands and chains and midgets punching him.

Thanks Mike. I keep a log in a notebook the old fashioned way. Nothing online at the moment. Im thinking of starting one here on the GB though. nice rolling thunder dude. thats only 2lbs off of the grip gauntlet weight.
