I train the grip each fourth day. I altered three different gripexercises.

Training #1

Ivanko Supergripper 4 sets supersetted with fingerextensions in a tin.

Wristrollers with the rope in front of the roller supersetted with the rope between me and the roller 4 sets.

Training #2 Pinchgripp 4 sets supersetted with fingerextensions.

Wristroller 4 supersets.

Training #3

Suportgrip 4 sets supersetted with fingerextensions

Wristroller 4 supersets.

After I have train a 28 days I take eight days off.

The tin I train fingertins in is a tin with is 3 inch in diameter and is padded under the inside edge with a thick band and two holes i drilled in the bottom and in these I have knott a strap. I load the strap with 3 lbs and put the fingers in the tin and extend them, then I hold for 20 seconds.
