1 Hand Deadlifts, 2 Inch Bar

10 singles with 170

Plate Pinch Tosses

25's, 10 catches each hand, 2 "sets"

Dumbell Wrist Curls

40x12

50x12

60x12  

Hammer Curls

40x12

50x12

55x12

Nothing spectacular, but a decent start.

Clayton, you might like to try a variation of Zottoman curls. It goes like this.

7 x regular curls palms up

7 x hammer curls

7 x reverse curls

done with dumbbells   all 21 reps without a break.

I am Italian boy and i don't spek good english ??? .I'm natural and my training it's classic to Hard Gainer.I'm work whith Hard Gainer system 3 years ago and i have conquest good result whith the Squat (115x20)start by lawI'm 20 years and mi wheygh is 89kg for 1.82h whith 15%fat.I'm really happy to talk whit oter nation and feel your different mode to train.I'm sorry for my english  ;) bye
