EricMilfeld
Holy moly thats heavy on the 2" DB. Do the plates spin or do you have them bolted down so they dont move? It's a solid plate-loadable dumbbell. So, the plates can rotate freely, but there's a lot of rotational force when it's loaded up with 45s. EricMilfeld
Pullups 70 x 3 70 pounds x 3 reps? Definitely 3 sets of 70 reps. Haha!Okay ive had to re-read a couple posts in this thread to make sure i read right, but i call bullshit on that one. Ha ha! Maybe if I chopped off my legs I could do seventy pull ups. But yeah, it was 70 pounds. Holy moly thats heavy on the 2" DB. Do the plates spin or do you have them bolted down so they dont move? It's a solid plate-loadable dumbbell. So, the plates can rotate freely, but there's a lot of rotational force when it's loaded up with 45s. Word. Well Im thinkin an inch db lift may not be far out for you. I just got some decent air (just below the knee) with the inch, but can barely pull 175 on my home made axle with a 1 hand lift. Being as your numbers on the 1hA are relatively close to your 1h loadable bell, i would estimate you to have a much higher pull on the inch than me. Just sayin. You would think... but that Inch to me feels like a totally different animal. Hey, and congrats on that BIG air with the Inch!
