JohanB
Well, next week I´ll get serious with my griptraining and I´ll concentrate on bending, mostly nails. The problem though is that I´m a swede and I have no clue what so ever how hard these different nails you guys are talkning about, really are. What I do know is that I´m not the only swede on this board and if anyone of you guys could help me figure out the different nails I would be much grateful. I would also like to thank Eric (Bender??) for his help trough his website. I tested your way of bendning nails yesterday and i absolutley love it. I have these nails at home that I can only bend slightly with dubble over hand grip but with your method I completley destroyed the nail! nagual
Yep, someone should really compile a list of available nails/bolts/bars in sweden and their poundages. Being a swede aswell, I have only a vaguue idea of how my nails compare to, for instance, the IM ones.
wsm_fan_uk
It's not that tough to convert what the Americans on the board are bending into metric. For example here in the UK a 60d is 150mm x 6mm, in the USA, a 60d is (6 x 25.4)mm x (1/4 x 25.4)mm or 152.4mm x 6.35mm. To convert inches to millimeters, multiply by 25.4 (this number is off the top of my head, hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong). Yes, but the issue is also the make of the nails, i.e. how nails from different manufacturers rate, even at the same length and thickness. But maybe that wasn't the original question. Still, a country specific list of nail poundages would be very beneficial.
