What Have You Bent?

I've bent 4 different 60's and kinked a grade 5. Bending since May. Just curious as to how I'm doing and where I can expect to be in the future.

I've been bending inconsistently for about 2 years. 60d's don't stand a chance, I'm trying to get consistent with the grade 5's and my best is a 240k challenge bar.

Here are some of my big bends:

5.75" RED (well under 1 minute, easy bend)

6.5" PINK (under 1 minute, good for much more)

7" Fat Bastard Stock (easy bend, would go a lot shorter but only had 1 piece)

I've no idea how any of the above compare to challenge bars although I think my recent best is the equivalent to a red nail.

All the 60's I've encountered are tougher than a blue. I would think a 5" blue would equal most 60's though. Sounds like you are ready for grade 5's.

I forgot I did get a cut 60 (5 3/4") but not in a resonable amount of time.

I'm hoping to take down a grade 5 by the end of the month. Can get a good kink now.

We must have quite different definitions of an "easy bend". To me, an easy bend is done in less than 10 seconds.

I consider a nail of that level done in under a minute to be easy. It is hard for me to even get my hands on a nail that is under 6" in length so it takes me a little while to get comfortable.

I put down RED because my best bend is 6.25" RED nail.

I must of gotten a tough batch of blues because they are as hard or harder than most 60ds I've tried (just not as hard as the dark ones.) A 5" blue of mine is just a hair easier than a grade 5.

I have done 60ds and kinked a grade 5- 5"x1/4" bolt that you can see in my gallery. I done some 6"x1/4" CRS yesterday cold, which wasn't extremely hard. Hopefully I can take the grade 5 down tonight after I have had a complete week of rest and my hands feel good and healthy.

Ive bent a blue and a 60dnail easy, and I put a nice sized kink in the red nail in one day. But now i cant even bend a blue nail why ???????
