Woodchuck
I'd like to get to know everyones lower arms a little better. I get tidbits here and there of what people can do or what they're aspiring to do, but it's not enough. So let's have it out, everything you've accomplished gripwise thus far and everything you wish to accomplish hence. Doesn't matter to me if you're doing KTA to close the Trainer or have the World Class begging for mercy, I'm still curious. Don't be embarassed if you're new to the game, or modest if you're a world class gripster. I must know. Just kidding, it's not that serious. I just want to know other gripsters better on a grip level, in the stead of a personal level.
Meat Loaf
Super master beefbuilder closed, a couple easy #3s closed, within millimeters on a good day of my medium hard #3, 35 pound plate curl both hands, 5" g5 bent, 7" 1/4 crs square stock bent, one arm deadlift with hook: 275. I want to no-set close the #4, bend 3/8" steel short bars (or even thicker), and be able to one hand deadlift within 100 pounds of my best 2-hand alternating grip deadlift. Lyle
strap hold with a SM and 15lbs, as well closed my #3 three times in two days, during warmups, used a parallel set but it closed.....
Octogen
Closed the #1 and will chase the #2 and #3 after I bend a grade 5. Bent a 5.5" Blue aiming for a grade 5 bend in the next two months. Snatched a 16kg KB 200 times alternating arms every 10 reps, without putting it down. Aiming for 1000 reps in order to get a free T shirt. Will think about other grip feats after I achieve some of those.
Thaibox
Cool thread Shawn, I'd like to see a lot of people post here. Accomplished so far: 230k challenge bar, 8 G5's in a row, 50# hub lift, #3 coc, 35s pinch, nothing too special yet. I've allowed my crush to go to poop over the last few months. Goals: Pretty much all the world-class feats....I'd like to beat them. Right now, my priority is to bend two Red nails extremely fast. SHRUG
My grip focus right now is BENDING My best RED bend so far is a 5 and 7/8" RED. (I am much stronger now) I have bent 6 pieces of 5/16" stock in a row that were quite a bit harder than a RED. I recently bent 2 pieces of the most wicked 5/16" stock ever forged a friend of mine and I rank it around a 5.75" RED. My short term goals are: 5" RED (very close) An entire box of IM REDS in one session

I have reason to believe he was cheating, though. Note: Almost all of the above were performed in Gripoard Grip Bash contests. I'm tellin' ya folks, if you wanna see PRs o' plenty, you need to compete in August.
bencrush
It's pretty cool to see all these great PRs listed in one place. Very hard act to follow though...All records are right handed: TNS close of BB Narrow GM ***new PR*** (total of 7 singles in one workout-as I type) TNS close of BB Narrow SM (total of 73 singles in one workout) TNS close of RB210 TNS close of Short #2 (handles 1/2" shorter than stock) TNS close of Filed #2 Rolling Thunder-170 pounds-in contest (thought I had one attempt left but didn't-still was allowed to pull 185-but got no credit due to too many attempts) One Hand Deadlift-260 pounds-Olympic bar-no hook grip One Hand Thumbless Grip Deadlift-Olympic bar-250 pounds (USAWA unlimited weight class record) Rectangular Fix-2" bar-81 pounds-in contest Middle And Ring Finger Deadlift-Double Overhand-Olympic bar-245 pounds-in contest (again mistakenly thought I had another attempt-the 245 was very easy- less than two weeks later I pulled 280 pounds to full deadlift and held for at least 5 seconds-but was in my garage gym) Not going to list any bending PRs because I'm not currently bending. I'm mainly focusing on the no set certs right now. I seem to be doing a decent job of progressing with my no set strength at least. I should receive my Narrow SM straight from Tetting in the mail next week. I'm hoping to have two of my friends from the GB come over and run video for my cert. On a side note I just TNS closed my Narrow SM left handed which is a first. And my Filed #2 which is harder than the NSM. ***GOALS*** TNS close of BB Narrow Elite-hopefully by the end of next year-but honestly I've never even tried an Elite so this might be a ridiculous goal for me. TNS close of BB Narrow Super Elite-probably won't happen-but if I don't set my goals a little high... Best of luck to all with their goals!
