Darco Posted July 19, 2004 Share Posted July 19, 2004 I was lofting around on the web and found this, looking at this the holding on the verticle bar with weight strapped to the wrist makes a whole lot more sense and is a tru test of grip strength. The banana dumbbell looks cool, and I love the idea that key grip has to be use for the king kong balls.
