Sybersnott
I'm in a Play-It-Again Sports store today, and I look over the counter - lo and behold is a Dyna-Flex that looks a lot like my orange PowerBall. There is a big black band around this one... I turn it around to see what's on it, and what do I see? The word imprinted?.... PowerBall. I knew it all along. They were selling this one for 29 bucks - no meter on it, of course.
Bill Piche
Just because it has the word on it doesn't mean it's the same thing. But, who knows.
Tom Page
The Dyna Flex I have is noticabley smaller then the Powerball and I only paid $19.95 for it.

Yeah Wanna, but don't you think that there would be a conflict of trademarks and copyrights if you call a product by two different names? If it's a Dyna-Flex, then call it that. Yeah Wanna, but don't you think that there would be a conflict of trademarks and copyrights if you call a product by two different names? If it's a Dyna-Flex, then call it that. It doesn't make sense for the Dyna-Flex Powerball to be the same as the ones on powerballs.com. The real Powerball is a 250hz gyro, while the Dyna-Flex is only about 216hz. Why make the Dyna-Flex inferior, and at the same time not offer it's equivalent on the powerballs site. International trademarks are not as simple as that. The fact that it's the "Dyna-Flex Powerball" and not just the "Powerball" seems enough difference to me for international purposes. One obviously copied the others design. I would guess Dyna-Flex copied powerball as it is an inferior product. I e-mailed Dyna-Flex on this just to be sure though. I'll post it if they respond.
