FrankyBoy Posted March 23, 2005 Share Posted March 23, 2005 Use the My controls link. Choose : My Albums, then Create Album. Then you can Upload an Image. If the image appears to big you might need to shrink it using any Image Software like Paint or Corel. Afterwards you can post a link to this image in your gallery with the http:// button. Just copy the address of the Explorer Line, then Reply in this thread and click http://, paste the formerly copied address and give it a name like 'My Record'. One day, I just couldn't get one of them started. It had kept giving me a hard time, so I got ticked, I smashed it on the floor. It felt so good, I picked up the good one, and smashed it too. I still get ticked at myself for smashing them, and not just because they were 20 bucks a pop, but they were a lot of fun too. Oh well, maybe I'll pick a couple up again some day.... I do alot of martial arts and want to improve my grip, would a powerball, used daily, give a decent increase in strength? I obviously need my forearms to be strong aswell.
