Awesome New Exercise

Blob leap frogs. Lay whichever Black weight you can do by the face on it's side. preferably 2 of them side by side. Then simply pick on up and put it on the otherside of the other one. Do this over and over like playing a game of leap frog untill you can't do it with that hand anymore, then switch. this will really burn you up. Sorry if this has been tried before.... But it really gaveme some satisfying pain. I did it with a pair of 25 lb block weights.

I would leap frog with one by the face and one by the side.
