They informed us that they are going to invite 2 japanese COC's (including me) to grip event at September 26th. They also told me that lots of the audience will challenge us with various type of grip feats. As a COC I would like to accept their challenge. My question is which grip training has the most carryover to other grip strength?(I know block weights are one) Pls help me out. AP Posted June 25, 2004 Share Posted June 25, 2004 You need to have them tell you what feats are going to be there. Nothing beats training the events. Are they going to give you free ironmind stuff, at least to work out with before the event? A couple months on the equipment and you should be able to beat any casual audience member.
