seaman
Hello Found my old 100 rep plastic handle gripper here at work and tried to figure out if it could be used to something.Well fuond out it can be used to do negatives with only 2 or 3 fingers holding it near the spring(quite hard). Then i take it in a pinchgrip position holding the gripper only with the finger edges(out to the top on thumb to, not in palm)that was really hard, seams to work the thumb a lot. Wandered if somebody else tried these? any use to do them? still waiting for#2 to arrive SEAMAN
SqeezeMasterFlash
Sounds similar to working with a pony clamp, which most of us have done at some point.
OldGuy
The Pony clamp is better for this due to the flat wider handles.
MikeP
What size pony clamp do most folks use and do you close the clamp shut for 1 rep? I got a orange pony clamp from Home Depot that is a 2" 3202 and I can't close it completely with just my thumb from full open. I'm going to start working it in on my 2 weeks @ work. Woodchuck
Wandered if somebody else tried these? any use to do them? I do this occasionally with my Ivanko gripper on spring positions 1+3. It is very hard so there must be some benefit. I can barely close it.
