deaner Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 what is the training difference between a york blockweight and a hex? besides the obvious. can i get as good a workout if i cant get a york? bport Posted June 15, 2004 Posted June 15, 2004 Yes, the hex can give you just as good of a workout. A 50 lb hex and a 50 lb Blob may not be the same difficulty but all you have to do is get a bigger hex. Or add weight to your hex. Quote
Davekline Posted June 26, 2004 Posted June 26, 2004 I don't think that you'd see so many photos of gripboard members lifting hexblocks if there wasn't value in hexblock lifting. Quote Life without iron would be a very weak alloy.
