Sledge Work

I'm just trying to figure out when you incorporte sledge work into your training.

Is it on days that you bend? if so, before or after? Also, is there a rep/set scheme?

I do sledge work about twice a week, when I do other wrist work..i.e. wrist curls, wrist roller, etc.. My regular lifting schedule (regular body parts, including wrists) is not in sync with my grip work, therefore occasionally bending falls on a wrist work day.

i do like bender says on his site.....i work the sledge almost daily, not to full intensity obviously, but only if i feel like it. i cant say much right now, since im in my 3rd week of KTA, but when i am done i have full intention of doing this again, as i always get better results than a set schedule.

I might do some light sledge work on days I bend, just to warm up.

otherwise, I do heavy sledge work on non-bending days.
