ishred
I'm just trying to figure out when you incorporte sledge work into your training. Is it on days that you bend? if so, before or after? Also, is there a rep/set scheme? Thanks.
ROBOHANDS
I do sledge work about twice a week, when I do other wrist work..i.e. wrist curls, wrist roller, etc.. My regular lifting schedule (regular body parts, including wrists) is not in sync with my grip work, therefore occasionally bending falls on a wrist work day. mossman
i do like bender says on his site.....i work the sledge almost daily, not to full intensity obviously, but only if i feel like it. i cant say much right now, since im in my 3rd week of KTA, but when i am done i have full intention of doing this again, as i always get better results than a set schedule. raziel
I might do some light sledge work on days I bend, just to warm up. otherwise, I do heavy sledge work on non-bending days.
