CelticWarrior
I have been doing hub lifts with a 10# plate, but they are getting a bit easy. I cannot lift a 25# plate by the hub yet, though. Any suggestions on how to make a 10# more difficult and/or get to the 25# plate? Thanks, CW
thomas straub
I would say try to clamp two 2.5 on each side.
Big Steve
Put a nail through one link of chain. Put the chain through the hole and put a 5 # plates on the chain. Put a nail through the link at the bottom of the 5# plate. Then lift more.
Lyle
Glue! no seriously, get a the ironmind hub lifter or make one out of some pipe, it's fairly easy and can be microloaded.

Davekline
You might try getting a 2 1/2 plate and glueing some magnets to it. Then you could affix the 2 1/2 to the bottom of the ten.
br765
I use some 1 1/4lb exercise plates and 2 1/2lb plates to microload on top of the plate.
DAN PETERSON
For extreme micro-loading you can even put spare change on the plate.
